I also had so much leftover yarn and my first thought was to knit a Log Cabin blanket, but my scrap yarn differs in size and the amounts also vary a lot that i decided to crochet a "blind blanket" where i just grab any yarn one after another. I am not even halfway yet and i already love it! And although i use different yarn sizes it comes out perfectly flat :-) would love to post a Photo but i Don't Know how :-(
